Purchase terms.

One purchase, one practical kit

The personal edition costs USD 99, paid once, before any applicable tax shown at checkout. A valid promotion code may reduce the amount you pay. Review the final amount before completing payment. There is no subscription.

You receive the downloadable Vibe Coding 101 by Professor Day: a ten-page workbook PDF and editable source, seven prompts, a guided prompt builder, a visual setup guide and text companion, three fictional worked examples, one local clickable workshop demo, a start guide, and the personal license. The offer describes the files included at the time of purchase.

Your license

One purchase gives one individual a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the kit in that person's own personal and commercial projects, including work for an employer or client. You may keep personal backups, print your own workbook, and adapt the supplied prototype code for a finished project.

Your original resulting work remains yours, subject to any rights or obligations you have to an employer, client, collaborator, or other rights holder. You may share completed briefs, plans, and project deliverables, including necessary adapted prototype code, with the people involved in that project. You do not need to credit Day With Friends in your own resulting work.

You may not resell, publish, sublicense, give away, or redistribute the reusable source kit or substantially equivalent copies of its blank workbook, prompt collection, worked example, or original teaching package. Cosmetic changes do not turn those resources into a new product you can resell. One personal license does not cover a class, team, or organization. Each additional person using the reusable kit needs their own license.

The original kit and its brand marks remain the property of their rights holders. The included personal-license file explains these permissions in more detail. It does not reduce the purchase or consumer rights described here.

Download and access

After completed checkout, return to this site's confirmation page to download the ZIP. Save and unzip it on your computer, and keep a backup. Delivery is through the confirmation page.

Use the same browser you used at checkout for later downloads. The site stores an order identifier and a private access key in that browser. Clearing site data, switching browsers, or using a private browsing session can remove that access. If you need help, contact support with your checkout email and approximate purchase date. Do not share your private access key.

Tools and expectations

You need a computer, a modern browser, and a way to read PDFs and edit text. The supplied prototype and prompt builder run locally. Any AI account, paid plan, usage limit, or other third-party software cost is separate from this purchase. ChatGPT and other AI services have their own terms and privacy settings.

This is a self-guided educational resource. Its workshop, people, availability, and scenarios are fictional. The prototype is a learning example, not production-ready booking software. The kit does not guarantee a launch date, earnings, sales, demand, business validation, error-free AI output, or legal compliance. Review and test the work you create.

Purchase support covers payment, file access, and questions about the supplied files. Coaching, individual project reviews, managed hosting, recordings, community access, future updates, and response-time guarantees are not included.

Refunds

If the kit is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Include your checkout email and approximate purchase date so we can locate the order. You do not need to justify why it was not a fit. The refund covers the amount paid for the order and returns to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

After a refund, stop using the reusable kit and delete its source files and backups. Your own original project work remains yours. This policy is in addition to any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that apply to you; it does not waive or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your responsibilities and rights

Use only information and assets you have permission to use. Protect confidential information and check the rights and accuracy of AI-generated or adapted work before relying on it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
